You turn warm, interested leads into booked meetings that actually happen. The leads come to you already interested — they've replied to our outreach. Your job: respond fast, get them on the phone, and book them in.
You are not cold prospecting. Our GTM team handles leads, campaigns, and targeting. You own everything from the moment a lead raises their hand — respond, call, follow up, and track it to a shown meeting. You'll also be client-facing, sharing your pipeline and progress directly with the clients whose leads you work.
You'll manage a book of up to 10 clients and be paid for results: every meeting that shows up, and every client that stays.
What you'll do
- Respond to interested leads fast, holding under 5-minute speed-to-lead
- Warm call every interested lead to book them in
- Follow up persistently until each lead is booked or closed out
- Confirm and remind prospects so they actually show
- Track every lead and its progress in the CRM — nothing slips
- Join around 5 client calls per week to answer questions and share pipeline and progress
- Manage a book of up to 10 clients at a high standard
Who you are
Required experience:
- B2B sales — you understand how B2B deals and buyers work
- DM / appointment setting — you've booked meetings from inbound or outbound conversations
- Calling — you're comfortable and effective on the phone
- Natural US or UK accent — you sound native to prospects and clients
You also are:
- Fluent and sharp in written English for inbox responses
- Presentable and articulate on client calls — you can clearly walk a client through pipeline and progress
- Full-time and committed to US timezone hours
- Disciplined with a CRM — you track everything and let nothing slip
- Self-driven — you chase the follow-up, you don't wait to be told
Compensation
- Base: $1,750/month
- $45 per shown meeting — uncapped
- 5% revenue share on every client that renews — ongoing, compounding as your book stays with us
- Paid 1-week trial at full rate (base + per-show), so you earn from day one
Expected monthly earnings:
- Ramping / early months: ~$3,500–$4,000/month
- Full book, strong performance: ~$5,500–$7,500+/month once renewal rev-share builds
