Within GBS,theDTC Retail Teamprocess plays a key role in ensuring transactional integrity across the direct-to-consumer retail channel by reconciling sales and payments with precision, speed, and scalability. Acting as the connective tissue between commercial operations, financial systems, and compliance frameworks,



the team ensures that every retail transaction-from point of sale to finalsettlementaccurately captured,validated, and reflected in core systems. TheDTC Retail specialistis responsible forexecutingdaily reconciliation activities between sales andpaymentsvalidatingtransactions, detecting errors, and ensuring data integrity across systems. They collaborate with technical and financial teams to resolve issues, document processes, and actively contributeto continuous improvement. Their operational focus ensures that every transaction is accurately recorded, supporting the reliability andefficiencyof the Retail Channel.
