Agency Growth Manager based in Colombia to join our general team. In this role, you will lead the expansion of our social entertainment ecosystem by identifying, onboarding, and supporting live streaming and creator agencies across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, outreach, and onboard target social entertainment and live streaming agencies through digital channels and market networking.
- Introduce platform policies, monetization models, and partnership opportunities to prospective agency partners.
- Oversee the complete onboarding pipeline and provide post-onboarding support to drive long-term partner growth and activity.
- Conduct regular market research to track industry trends, competitor strategies, and regional dynamics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to optimize operational policies,
creator incentive structures, and partner training materials.
- Deliver continuous guidance and operational support to agency leaders to ensure compliance and ecosystem quality.
Qualifications
- Proven background in Business Development, Agency Operations, Creator Economy, Live Streaming, or Digital Entertainment.
- Demonstrated track record in partner acquisition, relationship management, or sales execution.
- Strong adaptability and capability to work independently in a remote, cross-cultural environment.
- Data-driven mindset with solid problem-solving and communication skills.
