Lead the line as an A320 Captain
JetSMART is seeking experienced, safety-focused Captains to operate our Airbus A320 fleet from our Medellín base. If you meet the time-in-command requirements, hold the required licenses, and are ready to deliver outstanding performance and leadership, we want to hear from you.
Key details
- Base: Medellín, Colombia
- Aircraft: Airbus A320
- Nationality: Colombian nationality required
- Medical: Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate (CMA)
- English Proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher

Minimum requirements
- Age: Minimum 28 years
- Total Flight Time: Minimum 3,000 hours
- Command Experience: 1,000 hours as Captain on airline jets OR 3,000 hours as Captain on ATR
- Licenses: Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL)



and Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
- Citizenship: Colombian passport holder
- Records: Clean criminal record; no accidents or incidents attributable to pilot error
- Travel Documents: Valid passport
- Language: ICAO English Level 4 or higher
