Stake is seeking a Senior People Partner to lead the LATAM people agenda from Colombia and Peru. You will partner with the General Manager and leadership to align people initiatives with HQ strategy, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, and compliance.
You will co-create the people agenda, diagnose business needs using data, and design solutions to drive growth in a regulated iGaming market across Latin America. Fluency in English is essential.
