Are you a confident, persistent communicator with experience in B2B outbound calling? Do you understand the property management industry and know how to talk to property managers? This role is for you.
We are hiring on behalf of a U.S.based property management platform. Your job is to call property management companies, qualify decision-makers, and book product demo appointments for their sales team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Make outbound calls to property management companies from provided lead lists
- Identify and reach decision-makers: property managers, operations managers, and owners
- Qualify prospects based on portfolio size, current tools, and fit
- Book and confirm demo appointments for the client's closing team
- Log all call activity and outcomes in the CRM accurately
- Handle objections professionally and consistently hit appointment targets
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ years of B2B outbound appointment setting or inside sales experience
- Working knowledge of the property management industry — you understand what property managers do and can speak their language confidently
- Strong English communication skills (B2 level minimum, B2+ preferred)
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar)
- High-volume calling comfort — you are not intimidated by a full day of outbound
- Self-motivated, coachable, and resilient under rejection
- Stable internet and a reliable home office setup
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with property management software such as AppFolio, Buildium, or Yardi
- Experience working remotely with U.S.based clients
- Prior independent contractor experience
