Your role

Define and execute the portfolio strategy for LATAM, aligned with the company’s business objectives and market trends.

Define winning local collections based on business strategy, consumer insights and market needs for global GKA accounts, local and regional distributors.

Design and execute sensory initiatives in conjunction with B2C teams across the region to gain insights for collection definition and continuous portfolio improvement, and ensure acceptance of our products.

Monitor and manage the life cycle of existing products to identify optimization opportunities,



including product reformulations, line extensions and discontinuations.

Consolidate and maintain up-to-date SAP system information, ensure data integrity.

Work closely with multi-functional teams (marketing, sales, research and development, production) to ensure effective execution of portfolio strategies.

Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations applicable to F&B; products in LATAM South and LATAM North.

Generate regular reports on portfolio performance and provide strategic insights for process improvement.

About you
- Academic level: Undergraduate, Idóneo: Specialization.
- Languages (if applying): Intermediate English B1 - B2
- Training and technical expertise: Knowledge of data analysis tools, market research methodologies, basic sensory knowledge, project management and specialized industry software.
