We are seeking a highly experienced Data & AI Manager to lead the development and deployment of innovative AI-driven solutions across the organization. This role will lead cross-functional AI initiatives focused on Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning while managing technical teams and aligning AI strategy with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of AI professionals developing AI-enabled products and solutions
- Drive the AI product roadmap aligned with overall technology and business strategy
- Oversee the development, deployment, and optimization of AI/ML models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources in an Agile environment
- Stay current on AI trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and research institutions
- Ensure all AI solutions meet legal, ethical, security, and quality standards
Requirements:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI development, including:
- Generative AI
- Machine Learning
- Deep Learning
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams and cross-functional projects
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with version control tools such as Git
- Strong understanding of AI model deployment and lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven Agile project management experience in fast-paced environments
