What can you expect?

As a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, you will develop a Marketing & Communications strategy for Marsh Risk and Mercer, A Marsh Business, with disciplined execution, balancing priorities with operational excellence and agility. Collaborating closely with business leaders and global Centers of Excellence, you will deliver impactful, measurable campaign actions that generate demand, nurture existing client relationships, elevate our voice in the market, expand market share and support revenue growth. Your role will encompass both direct and indirect team leadership, ensuring alignment and high performance across functions.

We will count on you to:
- Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team; set clear objectives and manage day-to-day performance.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing, internal, and external marketing and communication strategies that support regional growth, brand positioning, and client engagement,



aligned with general and local priorities.
- Work and partner effectively with global Centers of Excellence (CoE) in areas such as Internal Communications, Digital Marketing, Brand, Events, Creative Services, Media Relations, and Practice Marketing.
- Drive close alignment between marketing and sales teams, partnering on product and sales strategies to maximize commercial impact and revenue growth.
- Oversee multi-product, multi-service, and multi-channel marketing efforts, including consulting and insurance lines.
- Manage reputation and client-first approaches in all communications activities, including public relations and brand positioning strategies developed in collaboration with the PR team.
- Drive inbound digital marketing to generate demand and drive product sales.
