We are seeking a dedicated _Lock Desk Specialist_ to join our dynamic team. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth processing of mortgage rate lock requests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and process mortgage rate lock requests
- Update and monitor loan pricing and rate changes
- Track and manage lock expirations within the pipeline
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all lock-related activities
- Support the Lock Desk Manager with daily operations and projects
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams to meet deadlines
- Ensure timely execution to meet customer and operational expectations

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Previous mortgage industry experience preferred (Lock Desk, LOA, Processor, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and quick turnaround times
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong English communication skills (B2+ or higher)
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
