Accounting Contract Processor (Remote):
We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract Processor to support contract review, data entry, and billing accuracy in a fast-paced remote environment. This role focuses on ensuring contract information is correctly entered, validated, and aligned with billing and operational requirements.
- Key Responsibilities
- Review and process client contracts in internal systems
- Extract and enter key contract details (company names, billing info, terms, dates)
- Ensure contract data is accurate and follows internal rules and formats
- Identify and correct errors in contract or billing information
- Support invoice and payment-related data accuracy (Accounts Receivable support)
- Use tools like Slack, Google Sheets, Gmail, and internal platforms for daily tasks
- Communicate issues or inconsistencies to the team when needed
Requirements:
- Experience in contract processing, data entry, accounting, or operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with structured data and following instructions/SOPs
- Basic understanding of billing, contracts, or AR processes is a plus
- Good communication skills and a responsible, reliable work attitude
- Able to work independently in a remote setup

- Experience in QA, finance, legal ops, or customer operations
- Exposure to SaaS or B2B contract environments
- Experience working in high-volume or fast-paced roles
