Job Description:
As a Billing Specialist at Fulfillment Hub USA, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely billing for our clients' fulfillment services. You will work closely with the finance and operations teams to manage invoicing, reconcile accounts, and address billing inquiries.

Responsibilities:
- Generate and process accurate invoices for fulfillment services provided to clients.
- Review client orders, shipping records, and inventory reports to ensure billing accuracy.
- Coordinate with the operations team to resolve any discrepancies between client orders and invoices.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.




- Respond to client inquiries regarding billing issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain billing records and documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes related to billing and accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address client billing concerns and inquiries.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to billing and accounts receivable.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
