Title: Jr Customer Service Representative
Location: Medellin / Hybrid
Schedule: Full time / M-F 9am-6pm EST
Contract: Independent Contract Model
Salary: 850usd + 50 usd (Bonus)

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 6 months in a similar customer service or administrative role.
-Advanced English skills (B2+); bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
-High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business administration, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
-Familiarity with the insurance industry is highly preferred.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Adaptability and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
