Core Functions:
- Book Trucks and possibly flights for the logistics operation:
- Track and Trace shipments:
- Contact shippers, carriers, drivers and any other stakeholder involved in the operation:
- Update Reports, dashboards, milestones, timestamps:
- Check POP and PODs when the cargo is picked up and delivered:
- Generate and revise documentation such as AWB, BOL, etc.
Key Characteristics and Qualifications:
- Attention to details:
- Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS):
- Excellent communication:
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment:
- Great team working:
- Proficiency in Ground transportation and air operations is optional:
- Experience working in US-based logistics companies:
- High English level:
- Track and Trace experienced
