We are a U.S.based remodeling and home improvement company looking for a proactive Appointment Setter & Virtual Assistant to support our sales and operations team.
This role is heavily focused on outbound calling, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups with homeowners and vendors in the United States.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls with homeowners, suppliers, and partners in the U.S.
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments for remodeling consultations.
- Follow up on estimates, pending approvals, payments, and service confirmations.
- Qualify leads and provide basic explanations of remodeling services.
- Update and manage client information accurately in the CRM.
- Document call outcomes, notes, and next steps.
- Coordinate callbacks and ensure smooth communication between sales and operations teams.
- Support light administrative and virtual assistant tasks related to client coordination.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Appointment Setter, Virtual Assistant, Call Agent, or Sales Support.




- Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written) - mandatory.
- Strong phone communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable handling objections and follow-up calls.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Availability to attend one month of in-office training in Medellín.
- After training, ability to work 100% remotely.
- Availability to work U.S. business hours (12 PM - 8 PM Colombia time).

Nice to Have
- Experience in home services, remodeling, construction, or real estate.
- B2B or B2C appointment setting experience.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Inside sales or lead qualification background.
