Main Responsabilities:
- Be a EHS ( Environmental, Health & Safety ) influencer in our operations.
Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable local, regional, and national laws and regulations, as well as adherence to Company Standards.
Lead & Manage EHS Master Plan
Identify and mitigate future risks and liabilities while responding to evolving regulatory requirements.




Provide leadership and allocate resources necessary to implement and achieve Colgate-Palmolive’s EHS Policy, Standards, Principles, and Goals.
Review and follow up on our operations to ensure alignment with EHS standards and government regulations.
Actively participate in training, audits, and compliance initiatives related to corporate standards.
Demonstrate leadership and support the continuous improvement of Health & Safety Management Systems (SG-SST).
Manage & Develep the sustainability strategy & oversee water and waste reduction programs.
Advise on, track, and investigate accident and incident reports, ensuring the development and execution of corrective action plans.
Organize and participate in monthly EHS meetings, monitor EHS KPIs, and report on progress.
Conduct and review EHS self-assessments and facilitate external audits.
Lead EHS campaigns and periodic safety communications.
