M&E; Manager

This position will lead technical analysis and provide expert-level advice and guidance on CICL data; implement comprehensive M&E; systems, tools, and methods to monitor and evaluate progress toward programmatic and organizational objectives; and provide timely and relevant information to stakeholders and decision-makers, so that this information can serve as the basis for strategic decisions, resource allocation, and improvements in organizational impact.

The M&E; Manager will focus on all projects that support CI-CL’s terrestrial, marine,



and ocean conservation efforts and promote alignment and raise awareness of the critical principles of safeguarding, diversity, equity, and inclusion to support our human well-being outcomes.

This position will also focus on developing project management capabilities, promoting best practices, and providing key recommendations for improving projects and the program, as well as sharing lessons learned and ideas for future interventions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help lead the development of Conservation International (CI) standards, guidelines, and methodologies for institutional monitoring and reporting of achievements in the country’s initiatives and programs.
- Facilitate the development of indicators and metrics that can be used to measure progress toward institutional goals in line with CI’s priorities and initiatives.
