A Day in the Life:
The primary function is to work with St. Louis and plant commercial managers around the position and risk management process. The individual will also be used for daily functions around cash trading for both soybeans and soybean meal.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Consolidate and report changes to plant crush rates and yields on a weekly basis
- Maintain various spreadsheets around inventory and cash positions for management
- Under mínimal supervision, merchandise soybean and soybean meal to maximize profitability of trad
