Job Title: Professional - Inventory Control Specialist

Location: Colombia (Hybrid)

Contract Duration: 21 weeks, 5 days

Job Mission:
Guarantee total inventory reliability and visibility of capability behavior and warehouse spaces while supporting operational excellence in all logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Control & Operations:
- Perform daily inventory control, operational balances, damages management, and team training.
- Support operation and resource programming to ensure efficient workflows.
- Coordinate cycle counts and audited inventories for raw materials, spare parts, and finished products.
- Ensure accurate product expiration information in CEDI and raw materials inventory.
- Manage blocked product control, obsolete items, write-offs, and disposal records.
- Monitor and control operational and inventory KPIs to track performance.
- Review inventory levels and ensure customer supply continuity.
- Ensure replenishment from external storage and monitor inter-plant transits.
- Process write-offs, monitor blocked materials,



and manage corrective actions.

System & Process Management:
- Configure and provide training on WMS (Warehouse Management System), specifically SAP.
- Lead CEDI capacity management and optimization initiatives.
- Lead efficiency, LEAN, and savings projects to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as Internal Controls Leader, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Ensure monthly updating of CEDI procedures.
- Support month-end closing processes.
- Prepare Monthly Inventory Value Report.
- Manage and optimize warehouse storage spaces.
- Update inventory profiles regularly.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) compliance across all inventory operations.
- Maintain disposal documentation archive for audit purposes.

Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Coordinate logistics activities with planning, purchasing, export, and import teams.
- Lead transport claims management and resolution.
- Conduct internal audits
