Position Summary: Migration Scheduling Coordinator
The Migration Scheduling Coordinator is a contract, execution-focused role responsible for proactively engaging customers to schedule migrations, onboarding sessions, and related meetings. The role helps ensure customers continue moving forward during periods of high activity by reducing administrative friction and preventing stalled or unresponsive accounts.
This position serves as a key coordination point between customers and internal teams such as Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and the Migration team, owning customer outreach, scheduling, and follow-up while adhering to defined processes and escalation paths.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with unresponsive customers using a structured outreach cadence.
- Confirm attendance, reschedule missed meetings, and document next steps.
- Capture customer questions or concerns and escalate them by coordinating meetings with appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Research and identify correct customer contacts when CRM data is outdated.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including contact details, outreach activity, and notes.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort with high-volume outbound calling and consistent follow-up.
- Ability to professionally handle customer resistance without negotiating or providing technical support.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Experience using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Ability to follow defined workflows, talk tracks, and escalation procedures.
