Position Title: Senior Technical Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities- Lead discovery and requirements gathering discussions with clients and internal stakeholders to understand integration needs and project scope.- Document business and technical requirements clearly to support successful development and implementation.- Perform technical gap analysis against existing system capabilities and business needs.- Create detailed field by field paper mappings and data mapping documentation for EDI, XML, JSON, and text based file structures.- Interpret technical documentation, sample files, and integration related artifacts to support project analysis and solution planning.- Work closely with development teams to translate requirements into actionable stories and maintain alignment throughout the build process.- Utilize Jira to document, track, and maintain project visibility, ensuring it remains an accurate source of truth for delivery progress and escalations.- Conduct functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing activities prior to production release.- Perform basic database queries and data validation tasks to support troubleshooting, requireme
