The Job:
The Product Master Data Analyst will be a key member of Stanley Black & Decker’s Tools and Outdoor Division, with a focus on the collection, cleansing, standardization, and maintenance of product-related data.
Responsible for Data governance and ownership, maintaining high quality and consistency across general data sets.

- Support data quality by reviewing, sanitizing, and standardizing incoming data sets in preparation for adding them into the global master data set.-
- Act as data owner, serving as a gatekeeper of the master data set by proactively anticipating and mitigating quality or inconsistency issues.- Engage with the larger team and provide regular updates on data ingestion efforts.- Advise on new data intake requirements to meet stakeholder needs within the data domain.- Ensure data completeness by partnering with business team members to fill in missing attributes and details of records.- Collaborate with IT to identify data architecture and technology gaps and provide solutions for process improvement.- Ensure project outputs are consistently high-quality deliverables, delivered on time and accurately.
