We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, organization-wide technology programs that drive strategic innovation and operational excellence. This role reports into the senior leadership team and partners closely with engineering, product, security, and business stakeholders to deliver transformative initiatives with integral impact.
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will shape and execute highly visible technical programs from vision to delivery. You will influence roadmap prioritization, mitigate risks across initiatives, and guide cross-disciplinary teams toward achieving strategic goals. You will serve as a key leader in aligning business needs with technical execution to ensure high-quality outcomes.
This position operates within a Big 4-style environment, requiring leadership across large, matrixed teams, strict governance models, and enterprise-grade delivery standards.
What You'll Lead and Build
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs, driving clarity in scope, objectives, and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps that align with business goals and customer outcomes.
- Partner with engineering, design, product management, and business stakeholders to define priorities and technical feasibility.
- Influence long-term architecture decisions and technology standards across teams.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and governance for complex initiatives.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement of program execution and delivery processes.
- Communicate program status, trade-offs, and strategic impact to senior leadership.
- Facilitate consensus and alignment across distributed teams and global stakeholders.
