industrial engineer or related fields.
- Experience: 6-12 month of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally for U.S.based positions. Great Customer service skills
- Language Proficiency: Conversational English Level.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Profile: Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
