As a Digital Acquisition Specialist, and under the supervision of the Digital Acquisition Manager, your main role will be to design, manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, etc. Your objective will be to generate qualified leads, increase awareness and maximize the performance of our marketing actions. You will work closely with the content, design, data and CRO teams to ensure consistent, high-performance campaigns that are aligned with our acquisition objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads;
- Implement acquisition and remarketing strategies adapted to the different user journeys;
- Define, monitor and analyze KPIs (CPC, CPL, CPA) and produce regular reports with recommendations;
- Collaborate with the CRO team to improve the efficiency of landing pages and optimize conversion rates;
- Work with the content and design team to develop high-performance ads (text, visuals, videos);
- Perform A/B testing (audiences, messages, formats)



to continuously improve performance;
- Constantly monitor new advertising trends and best practices in paid media;
- Contribute to international projects in collaboration with several campuses in the network.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional in Marketing, Advertising, Social Communication, Business Administration, Market Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in managing digital advertising campaigns;
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.;
- Strong understanding of analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Segment, Power BI, etc.);
- Experience in conversion optimization (CRO) and digital performance monitoring.
- English Level B2 (required)
