Position Overview
- ONE Sotheby’s International Realty_ is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and proactive Project Manager to support our Growth Team. This role is central to advancing one of our most important objectives: attracting and recruiting high-caliber real estate professionals to our general brand with local expertise.

The Project Manager will provide administrative support, lead cross-functional project coordination, manage content and communications workflows, and serve as a key liaison between departments. This individual will help ensure that growth initiatives move forward with clarity, consistency, and excellence — reflecting the elevated standard of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution
- Manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables across Growth Team initiatives.
- Track recruitment campaigns, office launches, events, and strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.





Cross-Department Liaison
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between Growth, Marketing, Operations, Regional Leadership, and Executive teams.
- Ensure alignment across departments to support recruitment objectives.
- Facilitate communication, follow-ups, and accountability across stakeholders.

Content & Asset Management
- Organize and manage recruitment materials, presentations, proposals, and digital assets.
- Coordinate with Marketing to develop and update recruitment collateral.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all growth-related communications.

Administrative & Operational Support
- Support scheduling, meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-ups.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics related to recruiting efforts.

Requirements:
- C1 English Level
- 2-5+ years of experience in project management, operations, market
