How You'll Make an Impact
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Client Services team in LATAM, based in Bogotá, Colombia and reporting to the Director of Account Management, LATAM. In this role, you will lead the strategic management and growth of a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of Epsilon's digital marketing solutions across our product suite across different LATAM Markets.

As a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams, you will drive the adoption and optimization of Epsilon's solutions, including programmatic media, Private Marketplaces (PMPs), Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH), and data-driven marketing capabilities. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Technology teams to invent and implement strategies that improve campaign performance and long-term client value.

What You'll Achieve
- Lead the strategic management and day-to-day relationship for a portfolio of key client accounts across multiple industries.
- Partner with Sales teams to identify growth opportunities,



supporting upsell and cross-sell initiatives that increase account value and client lifetime value.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on how to use Epsilon's products and capabilities to achieve their marketing objectives.
- Oversee campaign planning, forecasting, and execution in collaboration with Operations and internal specialists.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure delivery against critical metrics, proactively identifying optimization opportunities or potential delivery risks.
- Translate campaign data and performance insights into actionable recommendations that drive improved results for clients.
- Support the presales process by supplying to strategic proposals, media plans, and product recommendations.
- Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment across strategy, implementation, and performance analysis.
