Responsabilidades y atribuciones
Purpose: This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and operational or technical teams, ensuring that workflows are well-understood, documented, and continuously improved.
Release Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate release schedules across development, QA, operations, and business teams.
- Ensure all release tasks, dependencies, and timelines are clearly communicated.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation for each release, including scope, changes, risks, and rollback plans.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, governance, and change management standards.
Deployment Validation
- Review and confirm that builds, configurations, and updates meet release readiness criteria.
- Validate that testing (QA/UAT)
has been completed and documented before deployment.
Environment & Version Management
- Track software versions across environments (DEV, QA, STAGE, PROD).
- Ensure environments are aligned and consistent before deployments.
Monitoring Release Progress
- Monitor the progress of each release throughout the deployment process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during release windows.
Risk Identification & Mitigation
- Identify potential risks or conflicts associated with upcoming releases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
- Provide clear status updates to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Communicate release impacts, scheduled downtimes, and expected changes.
Troubleshooting & Issue Escalation
- Assist in resolving issues that arise during deployment.
- Escalate blockers to the appropriate technical teams when
