The core purpose of the Customer Care Specialist is to grow, retain, and serve customers by taking full local ownership of the commercial relationship while maximizing profitability. The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for delivering excellence in every customer interaction, consistently elevating the customer experience across all touchpoints

How you create impact
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring exceptional service, satisfaction, and overall experience.
- Drive customer growth, retention, and profitability through proactive commercial management, including upselling, quotations, and financial follow-up.




- Ensure accurate and timely execution of daily operational activities, including shipment preparation, onboarding, compliance, and customer data maintenance.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers regarding bookings, shipment updates, deviations, and commercial commitments.
- Manage customer disputes, complaints, and claims with empathy, ensuring proper escalation and complete resolution.

What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Experience in air logistics operations, with solid knowledge of import processes for general (dry) cargo.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication abilities, with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
- Intermediate-advanced English proficien
