Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and operationally driven Operations & Marketing Managerto act as the backbone of a fast-growing real estate investment business. This is not an assistant role, this is a high-impact operator positionresponsible for building structure, driving accountability, and turning data into actionable insights.

Core Responsibilities

CRM & Data Ownership (Salesforce)
- Own and maintain CRM data integrity, structure, and accuracy




- Standardize pipeline stages, lead tracking, and attribution logic
- Manage large datasets (10,000-50,000+ records), including cleaning and auditing
- Improve CRM workflows and automation to reduce manual work
- Manage segmentation, imports/exports, and campaign data preparation

Marketing Performance & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking:
- Leads, Conversions
- CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
- ROI by channel and conversion cycle time
- Deliver weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Own marketing attribution across all channels
- Proactively identify underperforming campaigns and optimize performance

Marketing Operations
- Coordinate outbound campaigns (cold calling, SMS, RVM, direct mail, referrals)
- Manage lead lists, segmentation, and CRM data flows
- Track campaign performance and continuously improving processes
