What you will do
El Operations Analyst es responsable por desarrollar iniciativas de transformación digital y automatización en el área de Customer Collaboration N2S, enfocadas en la optimización de procesos, la gobernanza de datos y la eficiencia operativa. Este rol contribuye a una mayor agilidad en la toma de decisiones, reducción de procesos manuales, soportando la ejecución y el mantenimiento del programa de colaboración con clientes.
Responsabilidades:
- Construir y ejecutar la automatizar flujos de trabajo y soluciones de reporting, desarrollando y actualizando herramientas, reportes y tableros con información del negocio y clientes, alineada a los objetivos del área.
- Apoyar el mantenimiento y mejora de tableros de control, asegurando la correcta actualización y consistencia de la información.
