We are a fast-growing international digital marketing agency seeking a Growth Hackerto drive measurable results for our clients across Facebook Ads (primarily) & Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, optimize, and scale 20-25 client campaigns.
- Develop growth strategies through A/B testing, data analysis, and experimentation.
- Collaborate with account managers and designers to enhance conversion rates.
- Provide clear, actionable insights through detailed reporting.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns with a strong focus on Meta Ads for Lead Generation (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously (15+ accounts preferred)
- Strong experience with campaign optimization, scaling, and performance tracking
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads:
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager:
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation
- Ability to analyze KPIs and translate data into actionable insights
