This role

The Performance Marketing Partner is responsible for driving customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through expert management of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads or Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) in all PayJoy markets, owning the end-to-end execution, optimization,



and performance of all paid channels while working closely with creative teams and P&L; owners to ensure efficient budget allocation and continuous improvement across diverse audiences, channels, and markets.

Responsibilities:
- Build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) or Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), including campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies, keyword strategies, creative testing, and placements to meet performance targets.
- Optimize campaigns on a daily basis by adjusting bids, budgets, audience segmentation, creative rotation, keyword management, and exclusions based on performance data analysis.
- Own conversion tracking and measurement infrastructure across Google and Meta platforms, including auditing events, audience lists, enhanced conversions, and collaborating with Marketing Analytics and Product teams to optimize tracking and performance.
