Looking for a versatile System Administrator with excellent technical support and troubleshooting skills? You're in luck Our company is seeking a skilled individual for a remote role that includes server and computer maintenance, cloud backup administration, and technical support.

As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining our systems, including configuring servers, installing software, and ensuring network connectivity. You'll also oversee our cloud backup system to keep our data secure. In addition, you'll provide technical support to our colleagues and clients, using your exceptional troubleshooting skills to resolve any issues that arise.

Requirements:
- C1 LEVEL OF ENGLISH IS A MUST
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a computer guru (able to assemble and upgrade PCs).
- Extensive knowledge of operating systems including Windows 11, Server 2016/22.
- Ability to set up and maintain domain controllers.
- Strong experience in setting up and troubleshooting networking-related issues.
- Knowledge of configuring firewalls,



open ports, setting up high availability redundancy for the dual internet service provider.
- Very strong experience in setting up printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.

Work conditions:
- Eastern Standard Time (UTC−5) or Eastern Daylight Time (UTC−4) depending on the season.

- A 5-day paid sick leave is available after 6 months of employment.
