We're seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee and run day-to-day operations end-to-end.
This is a high-ownership, operator role,adecuado for someone who has worked closely with founders or leadership teams and can independently manage and scale store operations. You will be responsible for the full order-to-delivery pipeline, customer operations, and team coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily Shopify store operations end-to-end
- Oversee the full order lifecycle: order intake production fulfillment delivery
- Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and fulfillment partners
- Manage customer operations, including issue resolution and communication
- Lead and manage a small remote/offshore team
- Implement and optimize operational processes and workflows
- Ensure order accuracy, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction
- Support project management initiatives across operations and fulfillment
- Collaborate with leadership to scale operations and improve efficiency
Requirements:
- Hands-on Shopify operations experience (a must)
- Experience in B2B e-commerce environments (bulk/custom orders)
- Proven ability to manage fulfillment coordination and logistics
- Experience managing customer operations and post-purchase workflows
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience working in a $3M+ revenue e-commerce brand
- Ability to operate as a generalist across operations
- Experience managing remote or offshore teams
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset
- Print-on-demand or custom product experience
- Familiarity with tools such as: Klaviyo, Close CRM or similar e-commerce/CRM platforms
- Experience scaling operations in growing brands
