We are seeking an experienced and organized Team Leader to join our dynamic WFM
team. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing and supporting the
daily tasks and operations of the Real-Time Analytics (RTAs) group. Your
leadership and coordination skills will be key in ensuring a smooth workflow and
effective collaboration with the Ops team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead and motivate the WFM team, fostering a positive and productive work
environment.
* Coordinate with the Ops team to align daily tasks and ensure efficient
support for RTAs.
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and
optimize processes.
* Implement and maintain accurate scheduling and resource allocation for the
WFM team.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry
regulations.
* Provide regular performance feedback and conduct performance evaluations for
team members.
* Train and mentor new team members, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
* Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and provide
effective WFM solutions.




* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in WFM to enhance team
performance.
* Maintain open lines of communication with team members and address any
concerns or issues promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a
related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a WFM leadership role, preferably in the
aviation or hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of
motivating and guiding teams.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to
handle multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in using WFM software and tools, with the ability to quickly
learn new systems.
* Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and performance
monitoring.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with
diverse teams.
