The One Legal team at Equinix seeks a Legal Counsel, LatAM who will be primarily responsible for negotiating, drafting and managing various transactional agreements, including construction and vendor contracts, and provide labor & employment support for our Latin American Spanish-speaking countries (currently Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru), as well as partnering with our other Legal business colleagues for those countries in addressing ethics and compliance, privacy, regulator
