Job responsibilities
- You are the voice of the company and providing customers a helpful and pleasant experience is your top priority
- Accurately recording notes in the CRM of each customer interaction
- Properly updating other systems to ensure the customer is handled properly and in a timely fashion
- You must be comfortable with problem solving and understanding what the specific issue of the customer is
- Working independently and working in a team are equally important

Required qualifications
- Minimum of upper-intermediate English skills, both written and verbal, B2 or higher with CEFR / EFSET certification
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a demanding environment
- Can follow a system and meet targets
Preferred qualifications
- Advance English skills, C1 or higher with CEFR / EFSET certification
- Previous work experience in a call/contact center or BPO preferred
- Experience with various CRM, help desk, or support ticket software
