Main Responsibilities
- Experience creating cash flow models to analyze new opportunities.
- Experience in developing models with a waterfall return structure
- Create Investment Memo on Powerpoint for equity/debt providers.
- Experience in developing and updating Fund Models
- Analyzing the existing performance of stores to help them with the above as well as looking in depth at our pricing system.
- Analyzing local catchment data will also be key in how they appraise new opportunities.
- Identify and analyze trends in the real estate market
- Create financial modeling and projections for real estate investment opportunities
- Develop financial models, presentations, and reports to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization
- Evaluate investment proposals and provide recommendations to clients
Qualifications
- Proven experience as in finance and real estate
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience managing large data sets and creating financial reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends and regulations

- Office 365 (MS Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
