VMS platforms such as Milestone, AXIS Camera Station, Hikvision or similar), including maintenance, updates, and system optimizations.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues: collaborate with network and storage teams to secure connectivity, data integrity, and system stability (including LAN, storage, and server infrastructure when relevant).Provide training and support to CCTV operators; ensure proper procedures, documentation, and compliance with security and operational standards.Offer 24/7 oncall support for emergencies, system failures or maintenance needs to guarantee uninterrupted surveillance coverage.What were looking forNative or fluent Spanish and strong English skills (written and spoken)
