We are seeking a results-driven Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter with experience recruiting healthcare professionals across Latin America (LATAM). This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The idóneo candidate is proactive and able to quickly source, engage, and place qualified talent while upholding high standards of quality and compliance.Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionalsWork under tight deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentSource candidates across LATAM using job boards, social media, referrals,



and direct outreachCoordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teamsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Ensure compliance with healthcare staffing regulations and internal policiesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidatesRequirementsBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish requiredMinimum 1 year of healthcare recruiting experience in LATAM (required)Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitmentAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with short turnaround timesStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with ATS systems and sourcing toolsPlease note that this is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week) with a negotiable pay rate depending on skillset and experience.
