Account Manager – Executive Career Coaching (Remote, Medellín-based)

Type: Full-time contractor · 8am–5pm Colombia time

Compensation: USD $1,575/month base + commissions per client interview and offer, paid in USD

Why this role:

Better Work helps senior professionals and executives in the US land their next role. Our Executive program is a done-for-you service: we build the strategy, write the materials, and run the networking on the client's behalf.

As an Account Manager, you own a portfolio of 5 - 7 executive clients from kickoff to offer. You'll work in English every day with US clients, inside a small, fully remote team based in Medellín.

What you'll do:

- Be each client's main point of contact throughout the program
- Build Targeting Reports and tailor resumes with strict factual accuracy
- Run the client's LinkedIn networking (inbound and outbound) using our tools; you own the strategy, personalization, and conversations
- Prepare interview prep and negotiation research packages
- Send clear, professional progress updates and flag risks early
- Keep trackers current and coordinate with the coaching team on handoffs

What we're looking for:

- English C1/C2,



written and spoken; you'll write and speak on behalf of US executives
- Sharp attention to detail; you catch inconsistencies before clients do
- Self-directed and consistent: daily outreach work, even when replies are slow
- Comfortable juggling several clients and deadlines at once
- Quick to learn tools (LinkedIn, Slack, Google Drive, CRM/automation tools)
- Discreet and trustworthy
- Based in Medellín (required for monthly in-person days)

Nice to have: client success/account management experience, CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce), remote work with international teams.
