? Hinduja General Solutions (HGS) is looking for Bilingual Appointment Setters to join our team in Barranquilla!

? POSITION DETAILS Job Title: Appointment Setter

Location: Barranquilla, Atlántico – Torre Atlántica Centro Empresarial

Work Modality: 100% On-site

Contract: Indefinite

Start Date: September 28

? COMPENSATION Base Salary: COP $2,850,000

Transportation Allowance: COP $249,095

Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary

⏰ SCHEDULE • 42 hours per week

- 5 rotating working days out of 7
- 2 days off: Sundays + 1 rotating day
- Rotating shifts according to business needs
- Monday–Saturday operational schedule

? Transportation: Guaranteed transportation for employees finishing their shift after 9:00 PM.

? TRAINING • Duration: 2–4 weeks

- Monday–Friday
- Schedule to be confirmed

? WHAT WILL YOU DO? As an Appointment Setter, you will:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails from healthcare patients.
- Schedule and reschedule appointments.
- Answer questions about healthcare services.
- Verify and update customer information.
- Identify customer needs through active listening.
- Provide clear guidance regarding appointment times and locations.
- Review insurance eligibility when applicable.




- Work with multiple systems and applications.
- Complete daily reports and administrative tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a “WOW” factor in every interaction.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions to achieve key performance indicators.

✅ REQUIREMENTS ✔️ 18+ years old

✔️ B2+ / C1 English level

✔️ Fluent English and Spanish

✔️ High School Diploma or equivalent

✔️ At least 6 months–1 year of customer service and/or appointment scheduling experience

✔️ Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

✔️ Basic math skills

✔️ Comfortable working 100% on-site with rotating schedules

✔️ Open to coaching and feedback

⭐ Healthcare or Pediatric Dentistry experience is a plus!
