About Bays Dental Group

We're a Medellín-based team that runs the front desk for dental practices in the United States. Our coordinators answer patient calls, book appointments, and handle insurance follow-up for US clinics, all of it in English. Every US practice we support depends on how well our team handles the phone, so we invest in training our people, and we pay for the skill.

About the Role

You'll be the first voice a US dental patient hears. Day to day you will:

- Answer inbound patient calls and make outbound calls (confirmations, recalls, follow-ups)
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments in the practice's calendar
- Keep patient records and documentation accurate and up to date
- Support the practice's front-office tasks alongside our team here in Medellín

This role is 100% in English. Every call, every note, every email. It's a full-time, on-site position at our Medellín office in [CONFIRM: neighborhood, e.g. El Poblado / Laureles].

What we're looking for

- English at C1 or C1+ level. You'll be on the phone with US patients all day, so clear, confident spoken English is essential.



This is the one requirement we can't flex on.
- A warm, professional phone manner and genuine patience with people
- Comfort with computers: email, calendars, and basic data entry
- Reliability. Patients notice when no one picks up.

No prior dental or call-center experience needed, we train you on the dental side. Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) is a plus, not a requirement.

- Salary: $3,000,000 COP + bonuses from $700,000 COP (up to $3,700,000 COP/month)
