What You'll Do

- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify opportunities.
- Schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads to the sales team.
- Close straightforward opportunities when appropriate.
- Research target accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other prospecting tools.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.




- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach performance and conversion rates.

What We're Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or logistics/warehouse-related sales.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outbound prospecting.
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and social selling.
- Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Ability to create basic commercial proposals and presentations.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
