About Allie Systems
Allie Systems is the leading Industrial AI platform for manufacturing, transforming fragmented factory data into real-time intelligence through modules like FactoryGPT, predictive maintenance agents, and automation workflows. We work with major manufacturing groups across food & beverage, poultry, packaging, materials, and CPG, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.
We build AI agents for manufacturing.Allie integrates intelligence into factory operations: learning from machines, sensors and systems to detect problems, recommend actions and coordinate responses in real time. Our platform connects to PLCs, MES and ERPs through secure edge gateways. It transforms raw data into operational decisions that improve availability, quality and throughput. We work with large manufacturing groups in the food, beverage and CPG industries deploying AI agents that embed into production lines and scale across sites.Allie is built to act, not just report. From real-time monitoring to autonomous control, we help your factory think and self-optimize.
Role Summary The Deployment Lead converts commercial proposals into real, functional, high-impact deployments inside manufacturing plants. This role is critical to Allie’s expansion, ensuring every project is executed with technical precision, operational rigor, and measurable results from day one.
You will design and execute the end-to-end deployment plan, coordinate integrators and providers, negotiate cost-efficient solutions, validate signals and machine logic,
and work directly with plant teams to secure adoption and operational success.
Responsibilities
- Convert commercial proposals into executable technical deployment plans.
- Define points of capture, sensors, PLC signals, hardware requirements, and integration needs.
- Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across integrators, suppliers, and plant teams.
- Analyze quotes, negotiate, challenge providers, and secure simple, precise, cost-efficient solutions.
- Validate installation quality, cycle times, signal accuracy, logic consistency, and data integrity.
- Work closely with plant managers, supervisors, technicians, and operators to ensure successful adoption.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities during installation and validation.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in manufacturing: operations, engineering, production, or quality.
- Hands-on experience on the plant floor (no office-only profiles).
- Strong understanding of cycle times, line performance, Lean/Six Sigma, RCA, and bottlenecks.
- Basic technical understanding of PLCs, digital/analog signals, and machine logic.
- Ability to operate under pressure, adapt to changing environments, and influence without authority.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels, from operators to plant managers.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with machine automation, integration providers, or industrial instrumentation.
- Understanding of industrial installations, line drop-downs, cabling, and hardware mounting.
- Experience negotiating technical quotes and optimizing provider solutions.
