What You'll Do

- Find and close new customers through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
- Build, manage, and grow your own portfolio of accounts.
- Negotiate competitive and profitable rates with carriers using GLT's network and resources.
- Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers.
- Identify opportunities to increase shipment volume, revenue, and profitability within existing accounts.

What We're Looking For?

- Experience as a Freight Broker.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or higher required).
- Strong sales mindset and customer-focused approach.
- Confidence negotiating rates and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
