We are hiring Customer Sucess Representative

What will you do? You will be responsible for a merchant's long term revenue growth and retention. You will cultivate relationships with Small business owners, while help them to elevate their presence on the platform used.

You must demonstrate a broad scope of soft skills while utilizing consultative selling best practices. Connect and collaborate with our existing merchant partners to understand their unique goals and pain points. Help merchants optimize their menu pricing, educate them on growth products,

and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention within your dedicated book of business.

Salary Up to: COP$ 4.110.000

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Ability to communicate effectively, positively, and clearly.
- Sales/Cross-Sells Experience
- Ability to empathize with the customer.
- Ability to build and gain the customer’s trust by listening and understanding, and where possible, exceeding their needs.





Work Mode: 100% On Site-Barranquilla

? Contract Type: Permanent (Indefinite-Term Contract)

✅ Requirements:

At least 18 years old.

- High School Diploma.
- High English level (B2+).
- Availability to work onsite
- Colombian Citizenship or work permit
- Sales Experience is a must
