As a GS Finance Specialist, you will support finance operations, ensuring accurate documentation, billing processes, reporting, and effective coordination with internal teams. This is a opportunity for someone with an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills who is interested in developing their career in an international environment.

How you create impact

- Coordinate and maintain effective communication with Accounts Payable teams.
- Review and validate financial and administrative documentation.
- Support billing and invoicing processes.
- Provide assistance with administrative finance activities.
- Prepare and update reports and ensure accurate information management.
- Follow up on processes and requirements with internal stakeholders.
- Support finance operation

What we would like you to bring

- Professional or technical background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
- Profile with an interest in developing a career in Finance.




- Basic experience or knowledge of billing, invoicing, documentation, or administrative processes.
- Ability to prepare and manage reports and information.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- English level B1–B2
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a multicultural environment.
