Job Responsibility:

1. Work as a pre-sales technical consult in public cloud and GenAI to support online sales team business development
2. Communication with oversea clients closely to understand clients’ business and identify cloud and AI adoption opportunities
3. Leverage Cloud platform and AI tool capabilities and services to help clients design feasible AI and on-cloud solutions, familiar with multiple cloud product operation such as Qwen AI，computing, storage, networking, security, K8S, database, big data
4. Support the customer's Gen AI solution design, including AI scenario requirement research, model and tool selection, AI Scheme architecture design, AI engineering POC and Demo such as RAG/workflow/Agent
5. Act as a technical liaison between oversea customers, support the technical issues of KA client, increase the customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree.
2. Over 2 years relevant work experience of public cloud service, devops and IT architecture domains,



or AI product and solution, with good customer communication skill.
3. Familiar with at least 1 cloud venor’s product portfolio, hold cetificate of the major cloud vendors like Alibaba ,Huawei, Tencent, AWS, Azure, GCP.
4. Familiar with mainstream AI models such as Qwen, Deepseek,Open AI,Claude,Gemini, Doubao etc., and have used mainstream platforms and tools to build AI application engineering or develop coding practices, such as Aliyun Bailian/PAI，Dify，n8n, MCP, Claude etc.
5. Have experience or familiar with one or more industries such as internet , gaming, e-commerce, web3, media,retails and finance etc.
6. Fluent in english and be able to have a conference call and daily communicate with customer independently
7. Experience in other cloud, AI vendors or partners is a plus, work and study experience in oversea is a plus.
